We came full of expectations after we had wonderful food the day before at da Andrea. The atmosphere was unfriendly from the start. My friend asked for the vegetarian menue. The parmigiana she tried to order was not available to begin with. The salad that came was miniscule, bitter and tasteless. I had a mixed salad that was better than that. Then she got 4 small pieces of Potatoe gratin, almost cold with 4 dots of mayonaise.... my tuna was ok, however almost cold aswell. I ordered a second glass of wine when I started the tuna but luckily it never came. We payed 90 euro and left hungry. One waiter was friendly, however too busy to really care for his guests. The owner was talking to the same couple all the time...

Abbiamo prenotato questo posto essendoci già stati in passato e conoscendo la sua rinomata cucina.

Di fatti non siamo rimasti delusi né dalla cucina, che si conferma ottima, ne dall'ambiente, che è raffinato, ben curato e moderno. Quello che non ci è piaciuto del tutto è il servizio.

Quando siamo arrivati il locale non si presentava ancora pieno e da fuori la veranda esterna appariva bellissima, luminosa e accogliente con il vetro accostato al legno e i tessuti turchesi. Il cibo ero ottimo anche grazie alle ottime materie prime utilizzate.

Tuttavia il servizio ha lasciato a desiderare : all'arrivo abbiamo dovuto aspettare diversi minuti prima di essere accompagnati al tavolo, perché davanti a noi veniva gestita una prenotazione di una persona che pareva essere parecchio esistente ma anche in confidenza con il personale. Ma il problema è che non dovrebbe essere gestito da chi fa l'accoglienza in sala. dopo l'ordinazione abbiamo dovuto sollecitare il servizio del vino, che quando ci è stato portato l'antipasto ancora non era arrivato il servizio dei due primi non è stato contemporaneo, ma sono passati diversi minuti e abbiamo dovuto richiedere che se stesse arrivando l'altro. Eravamo in due e per aspettare l'arrivo del primo di mia moglie, il mio si è raffreddato, con il risultato di rendere la pasta un po' asciutta. siamo stati gestiti da almeno 4 persone diverse (ma non perché facessero cose diverse).

NOTA DI MERITO per una cameriera molto gentile (con gli occhiali) che ci ha guidato nella Scelta dei dolci.

Insomma: 1 antipasto (polpo) , 2 primi (linguine alla nicolo e tagliolini con crudaiola di gamberi) , 2 dolci (cannoli e cheesecake) e 1 vino nella media sono costati 120 euro. Prezzo assolutamente in linea con la Qualità del cibo proposto e della location. Tuttavia per questo prezzo mi aspetto anche un servizio di un livello superiore. Come altri ristoranti della...
