Siamo stati a mangiare in 3 e uno dei presenti ha ordinato uno spaghetto ai ricci. Al secondo boccone, noto che il piatto oltre che contenere la polpa dei ricci, era "condito" con pezzi di guscio (si, pure le spine). Al che, faccio notare l'errore ad una cameriera, che seccata mi risponde che "è normale che ci siano pezzi di guscio".

Ora, ho lavorato anni come cameriere e capisco che i turisti possano essere pesanti durante la stagione. Peró la mancanza di onestà professionale mi manda fuori di testa.

Sarebbe bastato ammettere lo sbaglio (perchè si, è uno sbaglio! Sono cresciuto a Cagliari e ricci ne ho mangiati da quando avevo 6 anni) e portare una nuova portata.
