Capita che una sera decidi di fare una passeggiata dopo cena e nel camminare ti rendi conto di aver perso un pezzo dal mazzo delle chiavi di casa. Così inizi a fare avanti/indietro, perché non ti puoi arrendere, è un caro ricordo, ma caso vuole che inizi a sentire uno stimolo, ma facendo finta di nulla prosegui avanti ed indietro. Ad un certo punto non ce la fai proprio più, hai proprio bisogno di fare “plin plin”. Ti guardi intorno e vedi un ristorante, un po’ imbarazzata ti avvicini all’entrata della sala e cerchi l’attenzione di qualcuno. Con non troppo entusiasmo si avvicina un signore con camicia azzurra mediamente alto e gli poni la fatidica domanda certa della risposta: “Mi scusi se disturbo, volevo chiedere se posso utilizzare la vostra toeletta? “. Ed invece ti sorprende e ti senti dire “No è riservato alla nostra clientela”. Non avendo altra possibilità aggiungi: “ Le chiedo scusa, ma ho davvero necessità!” Alzando il braccio con un gesto che sembrava Ma va a…. mi dice: “Mavaaaaa”. Non curante, e non capendo se era l’indicazione o qualcosa d’altro, utilizzo la toeletta oltretutto molto curata e pulita e nel giro di due minuti esco, non perdendo l’occasione di ringraziarlo, ma aggiungendo che non è stato per nulla gentile. Uscendo ho notato che il locale era pieno di persone ed i piatti, peraltro bellissimi sembravano appetitosi, chissà magari una di queste sere verrò a cenare sperando di trovare maggior empatia e gentilezza. Danke für die Gastfreundschaft und das Gefühl Willkommen zu sein. Wir sind zufällig auf das Restaurant gestoßen. Schon um 18:00 obwohl es erst um 20:00 öffnet und wir von einem Keller total herzlich willkommen geheißen wurden. Wir haben uns auf die Reise des Gastgebers eingelassen und sind in den siebten Himmel der Kulinarik geflogen. Ein Gericht besser als das andere und mit liebe zubereitet. Weil meine Frau eigentlich Fisch wollte und Sie quasi aus Versehen Fleisch bestellt hat, sind wir heute nochmals hingegangen. Online erst in 4 Wochen wieder zu reservieren, hat uns Vincent einen Platz organisiert. Ab 20:00, weil ab da ist das Lokal offen. Dankbar und voll Freude sind wir schon 10 Minuten vorher im Lokal und wieder war die Kulinarische Reise einzigartig. 5 Sterne sind hier zu wenig und ich kann nur meine Meinung wieder geben. Ein großartiges Team, mit einem großartigen Chef schafft es, das man sich wohl fühlt und großartig genießen kann.
