Whoever the sales lady who was on duty today Monday the 2nd of August 2024 is, she is the most terrible stereotypical human being I’ve ever met in my life. And this is from my experience travelling for over 10 years. Waited in life for a few minute to order a pizza, everyone else inline placed their orders, had their pizza heated, picked it up and then proceeded to pay at the checkout counter. Got to my turn, she insisted that I go pay first pointing at the checkout counter before she will proceed start preparing/heating my pizza. I insisted that she offer me service like she did the people before me as I didn’t see anyone else being asked to pay for their order. (Apparently I’m black so obviously I’ll run away with the pizza without paying or maybe I’m a broke immigrant who doesn’t have money to pay for a pizza) After a few mins of asking her to do the right thing and she profiling me while being rude with a sarcastic smile, she threw in my pizza in the heating machine and left to attend to other people! I waited for a while and she didn’t bother to check the heated order. The other guy at the counter came after speaking Italian to her, packed my order and asked me to pay. A total of about 8€ for the item paid and I was trying to ask him why they required me to pay upfront unlike everyone else “white skinned” who were in the shop, he pretended like he doesn’t understand English. In the end I left the pizza with them and didn’t request for a refund as I was already devastated with this kind of treatment and it’s not the first time. I understand that there might be situations where people don’t pay for their items but give people benefit of doubts. We have genuine humans beings who are respectful in the society and not everyone is a criminal. It’s 2024, let’s ditch these stereotypes and respect and treat everyone the way we also want to be treated when we travel abroad. I am human and I have feelings too, getting these kind of experiences as not a big deal as it seems can be traumatic especially when accumulated over a long period of time. Worst pizza in my life. This place should be called not MyChef but "MyWorstChef"!

Came to the airport in the morning and they just displayed 5 minutes after the so called "fresh food". Pizza was displayed 5 minutes later( picture attached) at 9Am-- which supposed to be fresh. Most probably pizza was from yesterday and they didn't even make sure to heat it normal- served it cold and dry. Also the staff is very rude speaking only in italian in international airport, except cashier who wants to charge you. I took my receipt and asked chef for desired pizza, who was not understanding a word, but also didn't even tried to look at receipt--"Cosa ce..? Italiano?...etc" very arrogant. Quality vs price really bad. 7.60 eur for slice of tiny dry, from day before made pizza. JUST don't eat here, they have convenient location but food is bad. I don't recommend this place at all, upper floors where is food court, the quality is much better also...

I had worst pasta of my life would be an understatement. The food item I had doesn't qualify to be called pasta. It was raw not properly cooked and flavourless. We complaint about this and they replaced it with equally bad pasta. This was also raw and the same as what we had before. The prices are on very high side for such horrible food.
