The worst experience you can get before departing out of Italy. Awful service, not any consideration to the client who is in an airport and is paying a service. The order was taken on point, in my table we ordered 2 regular pizzas, nothing extra, nothing special. Then we WAITED 50 MINUTES to have the 2 COLD pizzas, I bet they left the pizzas on the counter while we were waiting. While waiting we called the attention of several waitresses and the dude that happened to be the manager of the franchise and he did not care we were waiting so long, nobody would listen to us and nobody knew how to reply to the simple question"when are the pizzas ready?"... Horrible service, not a discount for the wait and the hassle, not an apology...they only said we ordered something they did not have ready....come on!! Normal pizzas they have on the menu and it's in MALPENSA AIRPORT. when we were finally served the cold pizzas we were so hungry we immediately started eating and then we told the staff that the pizzas were cold and they were just passing by and nobody cared. Please CHANGE MANAGEMENT AND TEAM URGENTLY. CARELESS AND RUDE PEOPLE WORKING...
Read moreWe we’re here for less than 40 minutes and never been this angry at restaurant staff. We asked for a gluten free menu, we’re bounced around to 4 different members of staff because they could not understand, and then we were told there was two options only, the woman said which would you like and then ran off, we we’re unsure what as going on. She came back with two kinds of frozen packets of Schar pasta. We chose, and then when it came it came in all it’s packaging, on top of a plate. The Tortilini was hard and when we asked for the bill we waited 10 minutes visibly watching the waitress not doing our bill, we stood up to ask again and was told something in Italian which we did not understand, we thought we were told to sit down again so we did, and then waited again. I gave up and said we we’re done waiting and eventually the woman followed us and went to print the bill. We we’re charged a 2€ service fee, 4,60€ for coke and 8,50€ for a box of packaged tortilini. Not impressed at all, especially considering we had already visited this chain during our Milan stay and got a full...
Read moreMy visit to Rossopomodoro at the Milan airport was unfortunately a big disappointment. The service left much to be desired – the waitress ignored us for 10 minutes, even though she managed to take orders from other tables, and the restaurant wasn’t full. Additionally, the waitress seemed lifeless, which definitely didn’t help the atmosphere.
The drinks we ordered were flat – the Zero Cola tasted like regular cola, and it was definitely not the original Coca-Cola. Another downside was that the appetizer was brought along with the main course, which caused the main dish to sit and cool down while waiting. The only positive was the pasta, which was cooked al dente, but it tasted rather bland.
Although I’ve been to other restaurants from this chain, the one at Milan airport did not meet expectations. Unfortunately, the restaurant options at the airport are limited, but if you’re looking for better service and food, I would recommend considering...
