Absolutely terrible for a Sheraton. I ordered the Greek salad for 18 €. A bunch of lettuce with 4 or 5 slices of cucumber, 6 half sliced cherry tomatoes a few olives, a few feta chunks and a small sliver of red onion, no seasoning that's it. My wife ordered the green salad for 12 €. A bowl of lettuce that's it..no seasoning, nothing but lettuce leaves. Presentation was terrible. Thank goodness there was olive oil on the table so she had something to put on it. Then I had the octopus appetizer. It was cold. The Maitre d stopped by and asked how our meal was...I said terrible, the salads were underwhelming and the octus was cold. He took my plate and never came back. I wasn't expecting anything in return but I would have hoped for some acknowledgement or him to inquiry with the kitchen and come back with an explanation. On a positive note my wife had the Grouper Ravioli and said it was really good. Beautifully presented and tasty. I would not eat here again. ALWAYS CHECK YOUR BILL FOR SCAMS!!! DO NOT GO HERE if you don't want to be cheated and scammed. We stayed at the Sheraton the night before a flight and had dinner here. We were a party of 4 (2 adult and 2 minors). After dinner when we asked for the bill, we saw that they added 4 additional drinks (ironically, 2 alcoholic drinks and 2 nonacoholic perhaps to corroborate with the ages of our party) and 1 extra appetizer. I spoke with the waitress and she took the bill away without an apology. She never came back to our table after this. 10 minutes later a different person brought me a new bill with the items removed and the correct amount displayed. Again no apology. He just told me to sign as if I've offended him. They only gave option to charge to the room so you cannot pay with a card to verify that they charge correctly. I signed to allow the room charge for the correct amount. When I checked my room charges after check-out, they charged me the original bill anyway. That is an overcharge of an additional $74 that we did not order and...

3 of us decided to have an Italian experience before coming back to Canada at Il Canneto in Malpensa . I have to say I am impressed by the quality and the top service that you get at Il Canneto Restaurant Malpensa.

Giovanni, the Manager from the beginning, has been a very nice, experienced and good leader. well done to all the teams of the BOH and FOH.

The dishes were well balanced and tasty.

Porcini mushrooms cappuccino, Grana Padano foam, chocolate & coffee dust Served with plan croissant filled with Gorgonzola ganache

Greek salad with Romaine lettuce, cucumber, capsicum, cherry tomato, red onion, baby olives & feta cheese

Caprese salad with buffalo mozzarella, cherry tomato, rocket leaves and fresh basil.

Oven baked lasagna Bolognese, béchamel and Parmesan cheese

Low temperature cooked veal loin Minted zucchini pesto with pink peppercorn, slight spicy apricots chutney, mustard flavored gluten free crumble and meat jus.

I will definitely come back here if I pass...
