They seated you as soon as you arrived at the restaurant, but from then on, nothing was fast. The waiters were just talking in the corner of the kitchen, not taking my order, for about 15 minutes. Not a single time did I hear a nice word from them, even though I thanked them for everything; not even a welcome. The food was okay; for the price, it was a bit bland and unsalted. Salt, by the way, was not on the table; only soy sauce and six or eight spices. The spoon and bowl I received my ramen in did not match. I could not eat all my soup from the bowl because of their differences. I know they are both traditional style, but other options exist. The chopsticks I received for the ramen came in paper packaging, which is fine, but not having a rest place for them is not so great; no one wants to put them on the table.
The restaurant looked like money was spent on it. That is why the chopstick rest and the other things I mentioned are disappointing. Obviously, the restaurant is not designed for customer satisfaction, but for showing off its decor. As a frequent flier from Malpensa, I will not eat...

This restaurant at the Milan airport is clearly designed for speed, not comfort. The atmosphere is stark and minimalist, ok for a quick bite but not for a relaxing pre-flight meal.
Our service, however, never made it to us.. He seemed completely disengaged and disinterested, moving slowly and avoiding eye contact. We couldn't even get his attention to place our order. Thankfully, his colleague was the exact opposite. This waiter was professional, caring, and attentive. We ended up having to give our order to them and voiced our complaints about the food, which they handled with genuine concern. This person truly saved our dining experience from being a complete disaster.
As for the food itself, it was a major disappointment. The quality was very low, with the main ingredient: rice. It felt like the other items were just for show, used as minimal decoration and flavor.
The food was simply not good, and we cannot recommend this place. While we're grateful for the excellent service from the one waiter, it couldn't make up for the poor quality...
Read moreHad to have lunch in Milan Airport so chanced upon this ramen restaurant and decided to give it a try. I must say it’s kind of disappointing. There isn’t any ramen taste or feel to the noodles I ordered. Roasted chicken ramen, the soup has a weird sour taste. Roasted chicken is chicken breast which is dry and tasteless. It’s very hard to chew and it’s just straight up dry meat. Very bad. The beef ramen isn’t any better. It’s clear broth style which also isn’t flavourful. Doesn’t have the authentic bone broth taste. Beef were those thinly sliced shabu styled meat. Not the typical chashu sliced you would expect. Again very bad. Lastly the Korean bbq pork ramen. I think the same broth were used on all 3 ramen. The weird taste comes from the meat marinate I guess cos this bowl also has a weird sour taste to it. The pork belly was good on its own but doesn’t go well with the ramen at all. The gyoza feels frozen and we’re just meh. For a quick lunch fix I’d not recommend. There are other options available in the airport which I will try on my next trip to Milan. Kinda disappointing...
