Oggi io e la mia famiglia (eravamo in 3) siamo andati al Old Wild West situato all’interno del centro commerciale Gran Reno. Una volta arrivati, ci siamo messi in fila in attesa di un tavolo da 4, visto che per tre persone è necessario.

Dopo circa 10 minuti di attesa, abbiamo visto una famiglia di 4 persone arrivare dopo di noi e venire fatta accomodare immediatamente, saltando la fila. Mia moglie è entrata per chiedere spiegazioni, e le è stato risposto con poca chiarezza che "il collega gestisce i tavoli", senza fornire una vera motivazione.

Quando è arrivato finalmente il nostro turno, ci è stato assegnato un tavolino che sembrava più adatto a due persone che a quattro, sicuramente molto più piccolo rispetto agli altri tavoli da 4 visibili nel locale. Alla mia richiesta di un tavolo più grande, mi è stato detto che quello era da 4, nonostante l’evidenza del contrario.

A quel punto, sentendoci presi in giro e trattati con poca considerazione, abbiamo deciso di rinunciare al tavolo. Ho detto chiaramente:

"Guardi, non fa niente. Potete darlo a qualcun altro, ce ne andiamo."

Mentre ci allontanavamo, una dipendente ci ha urlato dietro ad alta voce, con tono sgradevole e poco professionale: "Sì ma io non capisco la polemica, sì fammi e parliamo!"

Le ho semplicemente risposto:

"Non mi interessa più, arrivederci."

Siamo quindi andati a mangiare in un altro locale lì accanto, dove per fortuna siamo stati accolti con gentilezza e rispetto.
