One of the finer kitchens in the region at an affordable price! They offer a modern take on the traditional Italian kitchen with succes.

The pasta was soft and light as velvet, the secondi had surprising flavor combinations where the addition of perfectly cooked beans to the Vitello tonato really made a difference. The lemon dessert was one of the best I’ve ever had.

The wine menu is massive and has loads of choice. Their wines by he glass are also spot on though; the Sangiovese and (red ;)) Pinot Noir are subtle enough to complement the dishes.

Maybe a good bar, but not a friendly place to stay. They move my clothes and my personal belongings without asking me before, and when I confront then, they don't even bother to look me into the eyes to apologize. They say "oh, sorry" like robots. Il problema non è tanto la qualità del cibo che non ho avuto modo di provare a fondo essendo arrivato a cucina chiusa e avendo consumato un'insalata mista e un piatto di salumi. Quello che pesa sul giudizio, a parte un personale non particolarmente attento, è stato il conto assurdo che mi hanno presentato a fine pranzo: antipasto 8 euro (è l'insalatona, un po' cara per un ciotolone di verdure) acqua 1 euro salumi 5 euro (era un piattino medio/piccolo e il prezzo ci sta tutto) piadina 1 euro (mi sarei aspettato fosse compresa nel servizio, sopratutto alla luce del fatto che questa voce pesa per... ... 7 euro!!!! (ovviamente ho mangiato su tovaglietta di carta d'ordinanza...)

Ho fatto scherzosamente osservare che mi sembrava un furto, ma ho ricevuto in cambio solo un sorriso d'ordinanza...

Ah, si sono dimenticati di farmi pagare il caffè, alla prima occasione passo, sono curioso di sapere...
