dissatisfied, disappointed and felt cheated. I went here as a tourist to eat something. A reception that does not make you feel welcome. The reception lady noticed that I did not speak Italian but did not want to make any effort to make the communication go well. Even if only with the few words of English she knows. As I do with the few Italian words I know. I ordered 0.25cl white house wine, Carpaccio and a pizza. As a wine connoisseur, I immediately noticed that something was not right. This 'wine' was very cloudy and pulp was floating on the bottom. I asked for a wine glass and the girl from the service replied in Italian that I should drink it in a long drink! Shouldn't other customers see this cloudy stuff in a wine glass? The 'wine' smelled and tasted like fruit juice. The experience of alcohol was not there either. When I commented if this was wine they said yes. The explanation was this is the first glass of the barrel. We can switch this. No, what you give to a paying customer must be immediately good! Even if it had to be a very young wine, such as a delicious Portuguese Vinho verde, you still have the alcohol sensation. Maybe they thought I was naive or pure tourist deception. Do not give the ordered product! I didn't want to stay in such a place anymore and asked for the pizza as take away. It tasted like a regular pizza. Nothing special. The edges looked burnt. When I asked to show the wine at checkout, the young waiter who is the only one in the restaurant who makes an effort to speak English took a glass and crawled under the counter and poured some wine. This one smelled more like wine and didn't look cloudy. Too bad I didn't taste it. I was disappointed so didn't want to bother anymore. So what happened to my wine? Something must have been added! And then dare to charge 0.5L on the ticket (see photo wine and bill) instead of proposing a discount on the wine, they charge even more. Conclusion: Pure deception. This is the worst wine experience in my entire life. Even if I ask for a house wine. The cheapest bottle of wine from Lidl tastes 10 times better. one advice: tourist or not. Treat every customer as you should. The average tourist simply looks at reviews when they go to eat somewhere. I prefer to write a review with 3,4 or 5 stars. But definitely not...

Far from Italian Hospitality

Ambience & Service: Everything felt very uninspired. Even basic items like pepper were missing. The courses were served separately, so we couldn’t eat together – constant back and forth instead of a relaxed shared experience.

Starter: The Caprese consisted of a single tomato, carelessly sliced, paired with tasteless mozzarella – simply disappointing for €9.

Main Courses: Pizza: Cheap quality, more reminiscent of average German fast food than authentic Italian cuisine. Ravioli: By far the worst I’ve ever had – bland, careless, and completely lacking finesse. Side Dish: Instead of fresh vegetables, we were served overcooked, flavorless spinach – and that as a separate final course (see photo). At the very least, some onions or salt could have helped.

Conclusion: By Italian standards, this meal was shockingly poor. Bland in taste, chaotic in execution, and utterly devoid of attention to detail. Sadly, not...

It was very busy and very noisy but we all had a great time. We were a party of 9 and had various different starters, mains and desserts. I had the fritto misto for starter, the Napoli pizza for main and the lemon sorbet for dessert. All were good portions and delicious. The others in our group were also very pleased with their selections. I was drinking so didn't have any alcohol but the house red and beers the others had were well received. The staff were a bit under pressure but did well although our desserts were staggered meaning one came well after the others. Reasonable prices and handy location. I will definitely be back.
