This place is my absolute favourite to visit when going to Verona/Lake Garda.
The staff members are friendly and offer a lovely service. They are also very accommodating to English speakers. The setting is beautiful with the river flowing beside you and the bridge in view.
Now onto the food! Each time I've ordered the pasta plates, and each time I'm left with utter delight. The chef serves up four unique and divine pasta dishes. Every mouthful is a delicious. This time I opted for a starter also, and tried their tuna tartar which was scrumptious.

I could not stop talking about how good it was the whole time I was eating. I would have given 5 stars but the service was a bit slow, which was a bit surprising because there seemed to be plenty of staff working, they just seemed to ignore you a little, like they were making a conscious effort not to see if you needed anything. Read moreIt was a horrible experience. We ordered the 75 Euro menu - and the only edible dish was the pumpkin tortellini - out of 7 different dishes (we took both types of menus).
Some dishes came out different than advertised and the staff was not willing to switch them to something else. When we gave them back plates full of food we didn't eat, they took them back without offering anything back.
The staff was overall rude and treated us like we were not welcome, except for one nice waitress.
Worst dining experience I've had in Italy, including the shoe soles burgers...
