Osteria al Volto Bistrot — Restaurant in Valeggio sul Mincio

I was with friends hanging around this lovely village and looking for something to eat. We did not wanted something too touristic but still traditional and delicious and surely fairly price. We finally found this small and still lovely restaurant. It was packed ( as expected) . Even though we accept to wait for 25 minutes to get sat. It did not disappoint at ANY point!!! I took the lunch menu ( antipasti and tortellini with red wine and water) I can’t do scribe in words how amazing was that meal. I think it was the best pasta I ever ate in my entire life! I just wish I could live around and have it weekly. The service was fantastic, kind and fast. She was an English speaker and very charismatic. Definitely the best place to have lunch in the village. They have a lunch menu - including starter, main course and coffee. Piccola osteria nel centro di Borghetto. Con 18 euro si ha la possibilità di provare un menù degustazione tortellini (tagliere di salumi e formaggi, bis di tortellini, acqua, calice di vino e caffè). Tortellini molto buoni con ripieno e condimento diversi dai classici tortellini che siamo abituati a conoscere. Personale molto gentile, anche se un po' in affanno (con due tavoli pronti e liberi, forse è meglio dare priorità al cliente in attesa di ordinazione anziché pulire e liberare un tavolo) nonostante non sia facile gestire una piccola osteria con solo due persone (una dietro ai fornelli e una in sala) che, devo dire, hanno lavorato piuttosto bene dandosi una mano vicendevolmente.
