Had a lovely, last minute dinner here after a day of exploring the Venetian islands. We had seen that a lot of places in burano was closed so weren't expecting to be able to have dinner, then we stumbled on this little gem around the corner.
Simple, traditional Italian foods with extensive language translation menu and a great variety of drinks.
Some locals were also sat there too so we figured we'd give it a chance.
We weren't disappointed- good portion sizes, extremely reasonable prices and flavoursome food. Delicious drinks - their aperol spritz was one of the best we'd had across 4 islands. And the Hugo spritz was divine.
Forgot to take pics of dinner so took them of our empty plates instead ha!
Waiting team were pleasant and friendly. Would recommend for sure.

When I asked the second waitress she told me that it didn't come with anything and if I wanted a salad... My husband was finishing his pizza which arrives long before my plate so I said no. The Aperol Spritz is the smallest one I've had since I arrived in Italy 3 weeks ago and it tastes different.
I'm only giving one star for that service. The food was not good, the service was terrible and to top it off they charged us €4...

Ordered the calimari - 16 euros. Only like 7 pieces, poorly breaded, extremely chewy and gross, we had to send it back. Pizza, while edible, was flavorless and burnt. But we were so hungry we had to eat it. They did not charge us for the calimari which was nice.
Overall, don’t go, but also probably won’t find anything better on the island so you should eat...
