Ristorantino Al Museo — Restaurant in Venice

I had a truly fantastic experience at Ristorantino Al Museo. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome with their kindness and professionalism. The service was attentive without being intrusive, and you could feel the genuine care in everything they did.

The food was exceptional-especially the seafood dishes, which were incredibly fresh and full of flavor. Each plate was crafted with great attention to detail. The risotto deserves a special mention: perfectly cooked, rich, and delicate in taste-easily, one of the best I've ever had. The presentation of each dish was beautiful, elevating the entire dining experience.

Sepia nero was nice, probably it was difficult to make it wrong, but the paccheri were just terrible. Instead of homemade sauce, which is basically the most important, was supermarket cheap sauce with starch, and to make it having some possible taste been added on the top of all dish a few spoons of olive oil. So basically, it was, how you can see in the photos, paccheri, reddish liquid with olive oil and mussels. No taste at all, I would recommend at least to put some cheese and natural tomato. I understand that in those small turistic places probably no point to make a lot of effort in good quality food. The guys sitting next to us got a desert one for 2 persons, and after taste, it left all of that. While visiting Burano we came here for lunch… They have amazing service and a very nice menu, offering all the popular local, Italian dishes. The food we tried was made with very fresh ingredients. Their salad misto to start was excellent, especially when sprinkled with salt & pepper and then EVOO and balsamic – YUMMMM!!!! Next up was to try their table bread, the knotted bread was so soft on the inside and tasty – loved it!

For entrées we tried their Ravioli di Carne Bianca and their Fusilli Pomodoro e Stracciatella – Both were fabulous! The ravioli was incredible and that buttery sauce was so tasty! We also ordered a side dish of their fries and those were incredibly tasty, crispy, and fresh!
