Devil Pizza — Restaurant in Venice

Absolutely horrible service. There were two ladies serving today, the place wasn’t even crowded. We ordered cold coffee and just to confirm that they made it with milk (since the take away cup was covered and couldn’t see) , we just asked them politely, “there’s milk in this right?” And the one who made it literally made a face and said mockingly, “no theres no milk in it. Of course there’s milk in it” and rolled her eyes. I’ve never seen such bad mannered people working in hospitality business. We were planning to go back there with family but never again. If you want to be attended by the devil itself go to this place. The worst costumer service I ever experienced. We were 5 people and we joined the tables outside the restaurant after that we were attacked by an attendant who said that it was forbidden to do that and forced us to put the tables back. We ended up squeezed into a single table. When they were delivering the order, they made a mistake and delivered the wrong pizzas and we didn't notice it, minutes later the rude attendant comes screaming at our table that we accepted the wrong pizzas and that it was our fault. Good pizza! A little spice makes the pizza better than most. Made while you relax at the outdoor patio or indoors at the window. Washroom available for customers. Staff friendly as well. 2024 update: super consistent food quality. Staff very friendly and helpful. I walked out after some great pizza and discovered an hour later my camera was left behind.
