Osteria La Pergola is one of those rare places where everything just feels right from the moment you walk in. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the staff treat you like old friends rather than customers. The service is fast, but never rushed — everyone there genuinely seems to care that you have a great experience.

The food is absolutely amazing. Every dish feels authentic and made with love — full of flavour, beautifully presented, and varied enough that you always find something new to try. You can really taste the quality of the ingredients and the passion that goes into every plate.

Most essentially: My wife cant eat (or even smell) fish. And we didnt expect their menu to be completely seafood-based. BUT the waitress went to ask the chef and he came and he put together a first and second course for her completely from scratch AND he made both courses for me with seafood in a way that wouldnt bother her. The owner is very charismatic and attentive, the food was excellent, we enjoyed a variety of local dishes, including Baccala' Mantecato, Schie with polenta, and Capesante al forno, the Risotto with Asparagus and Shrimp was excellent, portions are fair, would have liked larger portions as you would expect at an Osteria. They offer a great house Prosecco and homemade desserts. The ambiance is charming and the decor appropriate. Pricing was on the higher-end for an Osteria, the bathroom facilities are upstairs, not wheelchair accessible and not very clean...
