Panificio Zanetti — Restaurant in Venice

Top notch bakery and deli! Extremely friendly staff. They don't speak English, but are very good about understanding you and helping with you with your language gap. They don't take American Express, but can accept Visa or MasterCard. The breads, rolls and sweet items all had incredible flavor and the upper most quality. We purchased a meat selection, which they have a lot of great varieties, and the gentleman paired it nicely with a great cheese. They also have a large selection of entree and side items in their cold case. The white fish and stuffed tomatoes we ordered were of the highest quality and flavor. My mouth is watering for more as I type this. In addition to their great food, they also carry a small selection of beer and I saw a nicer quality bubbly too. Also, they have Coke products, juices and water among other things in a cold case. We are staying at The Green House in between Marco Polo Airport (VCE) and Piazzale Roma and Panificio Zanetti is a short, easy walk from here. They are on the left side of the nice walking path maybe 1km. Would highly recommend stopping here and grabbing great food to take back to your BnB rather than eat at...
