Ho ordinato una torta di compleanno per il 23 luglio, notte bene : una bellissima millefoglie con scaglie di cioccolato e sopra bignè al cioccolato Vado a prenderla e informo il pasticcere che purtroppo il festeggiato stava male, chiedo cosa si poteva fare, e lui con un gentilezza RARA mi dice che potevo tranquillamente lasciargliela la che me la congelata lui. Passano i giorni e arriva il momento di andarla a prendere, preoccupato mi dice che se aspettavo me la rifaceva. Non ho voluto io, ho seguito ciò che mi ha detto lui per scongelare, e vi assicuro, dopo 15 giorni, come appena fatta, una millefoglie!!!
