This is a pizza maker that knows his craft. I would say that this is akin to New York style. I opted for Pizza Romana. Anchovies and capers. New pizza flavors to my palette. Gotta keep trying new things as long as we live 🙂 While these are not going to be my go-to toppings, the pizza was still just really damn good. What more is there to say. I wanted more.
