Dalì - Ristorante Pizzeria Lounge Bar — Restaurant in Verbania

I usually do not leave reviews at any place, however the whole service was so exceptionally bad, they didn’t leave me any other choice.

The tables upstairs are really over crowded and it feels like sitting at a highway.

We waited for over 20 minutes to get served drinks. We order Pizza and a mixed salad. After 10 minutes they tried to serve us just a plain lettuce salad. After pointing it out it again took 10 minutes to get a mixed salad served. The pizza arrived 15 minutes after. (Mind you two other tables sat down after us and finished with their pizza before we even had ours.) I got served the wrong pizza after waiting so long. But hey, when I tried to lift up a slice of my incorrectly served pizza the whole topping including the tomato sauce decided to say „ciao“ and proceeded to fall onto my plate. I was left with a soaking wet pizza slice in my hand.

Needless to say it wasn’t too good, had better pizza in Pizza Hut and at the Kebap House.

But hey they at least charged me for the wrong pizza in the end. (Which mind you, was way more expensive than the one I got served incorrectly.)

I personally would recommend you to avoid this place...

I walked in and waited to be seated. I said hello, but no one noticed me for a good 5 min at the entrance. Even with staff bustling and chatting right next to me, no one bothered to acknowledge me—no greeting, no "welcome," not even a simple "please wait."

When I finally got to a table, I had to wait another 15 min just to get a menu, which was aggressively slapped down in front of me with a huff. I just wanted a quick lunch with a drink, but after taking my order, the waiter groaned in disappointment, "That's it?!"

After 40 min, I finally received a soggy, lukewarm, passable pizza. When I finished eating, I was met with yet more non-service. At that point, I could have easily dashed out, given how invisible and unwanted I felt—but somehow, I still managed to pay for the whole condescending...

The blonde haired lady (waiter) did not speak English even though we asked her to speak English. We do not know Italian - she continued to speak in her fast Italian even though we asked. While we were ordering for the menu, as soon as he gave us the menu, he came 3 minutes later, we had not decided on our order yet, he waited and did not go. These situations are not pleasant at all, I think they were disrespected, tourists were not wanted (we felt that way). Also, the moscow mule cocktail was quite bad, although it was a universally known cocktail, it was prepared very carelessly! We were not satisfied at all except the view, so we rested for 15...
