Ho avuto il piacere di cenare in questo delizioso ristorante calabrese a Vibo Valentia, situato in una vietta discreta ma caratteristica. L'ambiente è un perfetto connubio tra rustico e raffinato, dove ogni dettaglio è curato con gusto. Nonostante lo spazio esterno sia piccolo, è estremamente accogliente e aggiunge un tocco di intimità all'esperienza culinaria.

Il menù offre una selezione di piatti tipici calabresi e specialità di carne, preparati con ingredienti freschi e di alta qualità. Ogni portata che ho assaggiato era un vero e proprio viaggio nei sapori autentici della Calabria, con una presentazione semplice ma elegante. Hallo, für alle deutschen und natürlich auch alle anderen Nationalitäten. Dieses Lokal ist ein Traum! Es scheint von außen eher schlicht und unspektakuläre, doch überrascht und beeindruckt in vielen Weisen. Die Einrichtung eher rustikal doch schön und heimisch. Der Holzkohle-Grill, mit der sich davor befindenden Fleischtheke lassen einen schon beim reinkommen merken das man hier genau richtig ist. Man wird sofortig von dem überaus netten, sowie zuvorkommenden Bedienungspersonal empfangen. Welche einem zu Tisch bitten und ohne zu zögern bedienen, wobei sie einem jedes Verlangen von den Lippen ablesen. Nachdem man sein Getränk der Wahl bestellt hat und anfängt das Lokal zu inspizieren, fallen einem die trocknenden Parika-/Chillischoten, Würste, und Fleischstücke auf. Diese lassen einem schon das Wasser im Mund nur so sprudeln. Apropro „sprudeln“ die Auswahl und Vielfalt an Weinen in diesem kulinarischen Paradies lassen keinen Wunsch offen. Von Gaglioppo bis zu Magliocco sowie vielen weiteren gibt es alles und noch vieles mehr. Natürlich geht es hier Hauptsächlich um die Frage zum Essen oder wie ich es hier nennen würde „Geschmackserlebnis“. Meinem Gaumen mundet die Auswahl an verschieden Fleischspezialitäten, welche hier besonders schmecken, aber auch alle italienische Klassiker sind hier auch vertreten und selbstverständlich vieles mehr. Ich probierte mich während mehrerer Besuche durch die verschiedenen Gerichte, wobei ich nie enttäuscht wurde ! Saftiges Fleisch, würzige Kartoffelchips, knackiges Gemüse und nahezu unendlich viel mehr. Alles mit Liebe und Blick fürs Detail zubereitet. Allen in Allem muss und kann ich diesem Lokal 5/5 Sternen geben. Was anderes wäre irrational.

Wer also einen schönen Abend mit lokaler Gesellschaft und guten Speisen haben möchte ist hier genau richtig.

Meat a lot and tasty as meat should be. Also, for that matter, the rest of all the food and drink. House wine was really delicious. Meat in many variations and everything perfectly prepared. We also enjoyed the friendly staff. Very hungry start with the house dish for little money. fish and meat to die for, home-made potatoes and a salad with corn and mozzarella. The red wine is from his own house and is really a 9.5 while I am picky as to wine. For dessert the Mile fleur!!!
