(2.8/5 ⭐️) went to dinner here and was so disappointed! Let me start off by saying we were very excited to try a steakhouse nearby but unfortunately it was such a bad experience. We order their must have pork and fries to start which was dry and bland. We ordered ribs and a steak. The steak was full of fat ! Not enjoyable and The ribs were over cooked and there was a hair in them ! It’s always sooo icky going somewhere where that happens. When we went to tell the waitress (which we pulled to the side didn’t make a scene or anything) she said I’m going to talk to the manager. Worst experience in the area. We came for our last meal of the holiday based on trip advisor information and ratings. Firstly the staff were blunt and unfocused. After ordering some entrees and main food over an hour passes before we finally received notice our entrees but our mains. Burger stone cold. We had to go back into the restaurant on several occasions to wave down a staff member to order more drinks. The restaurant was empty so there was no excuse as to why the staff weren't present and why the food took so long. When we questioned the missing entrees the waiter gave us a blank look, shrugged and walked off. I want to start off by saying that if you are anywhere within a 10 kilometer radius of this place you should take the time to visit.. the food here is phenomenal! 5 star restaurant quality food by an amazing chef. The whole staff is very friendly and accommodated us like family even tho we don't speak Italian.. We ate here 2 days back to back {Thursday & Friday} because we loved our first visit. Friday they had live music with the Amazing band Phone Baloney, shout out to them for providing great live entertainment. Ohh and they have amazing beer!
