Club Sicily Cafe — Restaurant in Aizuwakamatsu

Beautiful little shop with handmade goods and teas/coffee etc on 1F and cafe on 2F. Order with the memo pad on each table and take the paper down to the 1F counter. There is a sofa at a low table which is used as a priority seat for pregnant women, or mothers with young children, which I found very thoughtful. There is a selection of storybooks for kids too. One staff member speaks fluent English, though the menu is in Japanese. Menus for both food and drinks are extensive, so much so that it’s hard to choose, as everything looks delicious!! Had the Belgian chocolate gelato waffles and a pot of raspberry and pomegranate tea. Both were exceptionally good. Will definitely be returning to sample more teas...
