良い点 ピボット内にあるので利用しやすい セルフサービス型なので選びやすい 早い時間から営業しているので利用しやすい ミスタードーナツとしての味が保証される

悪い点 時間を変えても品揃えがいい時が無い 会計もおかわりも待ち時間が長い 接客が雑。待たせても一言も無く、対面しているのに相手の顔も見ずに喋るのは接客業ですか？ お金触る→アルコール消毒→ドーナツドリンク等は… 沢山買っても紙ナプキン2枚 ドーナツの種類で仕切り等一切気を使ってくれない

これらはあくまでも個人的感想ですが、やはり品揃え絞りすぎるのはセルフサービス型の利点・楽しみを阻害してしまうと思います。 店舗サイズ的に人員を多く置けないというのもあると思うので、待ち時間は多少やむ無しかなとも思います。 接客と品...

夕方行きました。背の高い女性スタッフが早口事務処理対応で聞き取れず、聞き返すとめちゃくちゃ態度が悪かった。知り合いの女性は、娘が閉店時に店内で迷っていると閉じ込められ、べそをかいているとミスドの女性スタッフに「あなたが悪いのよ。」と捨てゼリフを吐かれ、口論になり二度と行かないと行ってます。あそこはスタッフによって、当たり外れがあります。自分的には、会津若松の取...
