鮨弥力之助 — Restaurant in Aomori

Me and my girlfriend eat each the 8 pieces omakase and it was superb. ( I also added a 4 omakase in the end as I need more for greedy). I was expecting something very good and i found even better. Have been a few days already exploring Japan from Tokyo to Hakodate, Sapporo and this was the first time I was impressed. I am used to fine sushi, and all that but this flavour from today is something out of proportion.

As I said, this was a Disneyland of flavours.

Not to mention the kindness and the patience with non japanese speakers like us from the service. Very patience with us. Dont have English menu but they do speak as much with a great smile to bring you joy.

赤酢のシャリのお寿司が、食べたくて、コースで予約訪問。１品目のマグロの甘露煮が、とても美味しく、メッチャ日本酒に合いそうだったので、ビールを飲みきる前に、豊盃の蔵元限定純米大吟醸を注文。 甘くフルーティーで、スイスイいけるお酒でした。 他の一品料理も、どれも美味しく、焼き魚のカンパチが、漬け焼きなのか、最近食べた焼き魚の中では、断トツに、美味しかったです。最後に赤酢のシャリの握りが提供され、まろやかな酸味のシャリで、女性でも食べやすい大きさで、どのネタの握りも、とても美味しくいただきました。 カウンターの他に奥にも個室のテーブル席とかもあり、落ち着いた空間で、コース料理とお酒を楽しむ事が出来、大満足の飲み会になりました。ここの...
