First, I would like to inform you that parking is busy because it is shared between two restaurants. It didn’t take long to find parking, about 5 minutes. It was extremely full at the time, around 8 p.m. Once I parked, I went into the restaurant and noticed they have a kiosk at the door. This is where you pick the number of people and it will identify a table and section based on the number of people. So easy, I didn’t even need to translate the menu. The kiosk provided me with a ticket and the location to my table. I thought that was pretty cool. You identify your table by comparing your ticket with the number on the table. Side note, the average table can accommodate four people.
I arrived at my table with all the menus, condiments, and ordering tablet. There are multiple menus, English, Japanese, and Kid menu. In the main menu, you can find all food, drinks, and dessert options. I used the main menu to order. You have to view the menu to see what number the food item is (i.e. Item 811) and place the number in the ordering tablet. Once you enter the number, a photo of the food will display, allowing confirmation, and additional options. I ordered 811 (Oven-Baked Small Clam Chowder Soup), 845 (Cream Sauce Spaghetti with Black Truffle), and 740 (Garlic or Butter Toast (2 pcs) + Drink Bar) for dinner and 911 (Tiramisu & Gelato).
There is a water station available so you can get water while you wait for your food to arrive. The arrival of the food is quick and it comes out freshly prepared and hot. The plate presentation is the same as in the menu. There is no false advertisement, that is for sure. I did mention this before, but you can request to have your dessert delivered during or after your meal. All of the items ordered were delicious and in the right portions. Once you have completed your meal, you will take your ticket that you pulled from the kiosk and deliver it to the employee at the cash register. The attendant will ring you up, you’ll pay ¥ or with a card, they will provide you with a receipt, and you can depart the restaurant.

Read moreTerrible service. The waitress served our food to the wrong table. Once the table realized they told her (after breathing all over the pasta for a few minutes). The waitress took it back and placed it on the counter (I was watching the whole time). A minute later she grabbed it and tried to serve it to us until I called her out on it. I finally get my pasta (which I think was someone else’s) and my wife’s is no where to be seen. Finally an hour later after asking multiple times we get up to leave….and they try to charge us. My wife is Japanese so nothing was lost in translation! Totally unacceptable! They reluctantly took it off. Then had the nerve to all say “arigatou gozaimusu”! Never seen my wife that upset, especially at a restaurant.
They were not at all busy either, not like that would be an OK excuse. Other tables were also waiting and not...
Read moreThe pizza is more like a tortilla with toppings. Very thin and crisp.
We ordered two salads and one had a lot more lettuce and dressing than the other so it was inconsistent.
The bread with cheese was mediocre as the bread was very small pieces and not enough. You can add more bread but it also wasn't the tastiest.
Overall this meal wasn't as great as my first visit.
The winners were the first salad (not the second), the pizza and the desert. Those were all 4 star items. No 5 stars on this visit.
Parking is available in a shared lot with the yakiniku restaurant. It can get quite busy but do far every time we have managed to find parking.
There was a more in depth review but unfortunately it got...
