Out of all the conveyor belt/ sushi go round places, this is my favorite for variety and portion size with price.
It is also the least English friendly, however. Their sign is not in english, so i feel like a lot of Americans may not realize. It's actually one of the options for sushi go rounds. They have gotten better since I first started going. You just have to pay more attention to the signage which does explain things.
They take credit cards including American Express.
I feel like the fish is cut slightly thicker here and the variety is more. It's not just the standard fish that I'm used to seeing. Their Chawan mushi seems more like it's made at the time you order instead of being reheated like at another sushi go around.
This is not one where you can just grab the food off the conveyor belt. You need to wait for your actual order. If you take it off then you're taking someone else's food.
The bill is actually calculated by counting plates normally though the last time we didn't need to. It seems that they've changed the automation a bit so that it actually works with just accepting and saying that You've received all the food that you've ordered. I have had issues where they sent me the wrong thing...
Read moreGood sushi that is pretty inexpensive. Get a ticket from the checkin kiosk, select table or counter and click Get Ticket. It will print out your table or seat number. You can switch the kiosk to English. If you spend more than a few seconds looking at it, trying to figure out what to do, someone will come over and ask if you need help.
Order from the iPad at the table and your order will come on the conveyor belt. The ordering iPad will announce when your food is coming. Just grab it off the conveyor belt before it goes by.
When you are done, click on Check Out on the iPad and a waitress will bring over a card that you bring to the front to pay.
Pro tip #1: switch all electronics to English (if you need it) BEFORE clicking any other buttons, or it is hard to switch. Including Checkin kiosk, ordering iPad, Checkout kiosk.
Pro tip #2: don’t pick up any food on a red bowl unless you ordered it. The red bowls are what someone has ordered. If you point Google translate to the bowls, they say Ordered Item.
Pro tip #3: bring your own napkins. They don’t seem to...
Read moreThe sushi is good quality, but the ordering system is clumsy. When you order on the table's tablet, the food comes on the same conveyor belt as free for all dishes. Not delivered to your table, and the food does not stop at your table like in other places. We accidentally took other people's food before I was able to translate what was written on the dish holder. There are cups for the matcha green tea available, and you can go get water from a central place if you like. No napkins at the table, and the wasabi is in the little packets like when you buy sushi from the grocery store, not in a dish on the table. Overall, the food was good, and everything else was good...
