This is the perfect hotel in the perfect location filled with the perfect staff. The building and rooms are beautiful. Walking out of your room into a green and growing atrium to the sound of the grand piano being played in the lobby never gets old. Rooms are modern, extremely clean, and have every amenity needed for any length of stay. It is close to American Village and countless restaurants. So if you want to walk to dinner or drive to any part of the island, you're in the center of it all. The staff at the gallery is amazing! Always very friendly and helpful, and they most of all made my stay here great. Of the locations I have stayed in Okinawa, the MB Gallery is the best by far.

This is by far my favorite hotel when I visit Okinawa. The hotel itself is visually welcoming, it offers an atrium with gorgeous vines cascading from every floor. The rooms are spacious, clean, updated with contemporary furnishings and they offer a kitchenette area with all the important items you’d need for cooking. The hotel is perfectly positioned near American village and the area is safe to walk during day or night. The hotel staff’s consistently lovely and attentive and I’ve never encountered a problem. I frequent this hotel several times a year and have had the opportunity to experience others on the island. MB tops them all in every area hospitality.

How can it position themselves as minority preferred but also discriminate at the same time? This hotel is new has a nice exterior, however it has a contaminated culture through the customer care and guest relations. Be prepared to get upset with every expectations as their priority is the art gallery itself than the paying guest. This place can get better at all aspects once the management and staffs go for a training at McDonalds or anywhere else. Throughout disgusting lack of cleaning in room and public space is unacceptable specially for the overpriced markups.

Definitely all Stars Ratings was awesome a great place for me to work with my online job plus the very nice accommodations and very good food service and The Hotel managers very impressive Mr Jack Isa the most helpful and he speak English / Japanese And from my addition ➕ the staff I been friendly with supervisor Toma /Suzu/ Isa very much friendly even they are hardly can speak English but the action speaks louder .. normally we stays our island stress free Vacation to Naha Terraces too / we go for a Buffet breakfast lunch or dinner at Busena Terraces and all of the Facilities I was really amaze Moon beach also is our hanging out place for a coffee breaks I will never had a regret if I spending a lot of money 💵 I feel everyday is my vacation ❤️I’m just waiting for...

Well placed on the periphery of the American Village, consequently quieter but still convenient. Suited us to walk to the more vibrant areas but walk back again for a peaceful night’s sleep . Nice views ( booked with agoda and our view was over a car rental lot but we could still see the ocean from the balcony, we were in a base room so to be expected), ample parking, extremely pleasant well trained staff, and a lot of included soft, late afternoon alcoholic and afternoon tea offerings together with a decent breakfast. Good place to just chill and enjoy life. |However… I guess it’s too hot to laze around the pool but really it won’t happen here anyway.
