沖繩海潛 Umi Dive Okinawa — Local services in Chatan

Umi Dive has English-speaking dive master! They don’t mention that on their Website, but they can accommodate non-Chinese customers. This shop is brand new. The area and equipment are cleaned and well maintained. After your water sports activities, they have private shower stalls for you to change and get cleaned up. They even provide hair dyers. I think the other dive shops charge you extra, bur Umi Dive provides them for free.

All the staff at Uni Dive are friendly and helpful. Icy, the dive master, guided my husband and two teen kids on two dives. She is experienced and yet chilled. My kids with about 80 and 50 dives said that they had the most relaxing and fun dives with Icy! She also weighted them properly. That also made it easier for them to move around under water.

For me, I joined Duck on a Blue Cave snorkeling tour. He is patient and knows how to work with customer with all levels of water experience/comfort. I saw him skillfully help a scared child and mom to get into the water. Toward the end, both individuals were comfortable and having fun. He also knows all the places to take pictures of our adventures.

I've dived a lot and Umi Dive is one of the best schools I've dived with! The instructor Sia was amazing - on top of safety, very professional, showing so much stuff underwater, taking so many cool pictures, very friendly and speaking great English!
