If you like relaxed, yet bustling activity around you then Tenkaippen will be right up your alley! It is both family friendly (kids' menu offered) and has many options to choose from.
The outside of the building features both a Japanese and English menu (in our first time arriving a waiter came out and offered us menus as well). In regards to ordering, it's very similar to a lot of busy ramen shops in that it uses a digital ticket machine that you use to order (think Arashi's ticket machine except it didn't time us out while maneuvering the tabs). You can pick your own toppings and the amount for your ramen. When first entering there is a stand to take ur temperature and a sanitization dispenser underneath as well as provided at the tables.
We then chose a place to sit and a server comes over to the table to take the tickets (depending on what you order you will be asked if you want garlic, but the menus outdoors specify this ahead of time). We didn't wait long before our food was ordered and it arrived nice and hot (and stayed hot until the very last bite)! In terms of taste, it wasn't anything extravagant just very simple and tasty.
In case it's your first time here it is very newcomer friendly! Staff was very polite and friendly and the establishment was clean with a rustic - like charm to it. Definitely very cozy especially with friends and family. If you're having a hard time figuring out what to do, the staff is very helpful and even other customers may lend a hand so don't be afraid to ask!
To draw this review to a close, I'd recommend this place to friends, relatives, and even coworkers if you're looking for good ramen!

Read moreI went to Tenkaippin at around 6pm on a Wednesday. As I approached the building, there was plenty of Parking readily availible on site⭐. As I approached the building, I noticed plenty of outdoor seating availible, and there was a menu on the wall to study before you walked in and placed your order on the electronic kiosk. The electronic kiosk was able to serve customers who spoke Japanese, English, and a few other languages, and was very simple to navigate⭐. As I placed my order, I was immediately greeted by a member of the staff who was very polite, courteous, and told me I was welcome to sit anywhere⭐. I sat down for about 5 minutes, my order was brought out to me PIPING hot and ready to eat. Before I commenced to eating, I paid a trip to the restroom, which was one of the cleanest restrooms I've been inside of in awhile⭐. I ordered the extra hot, medium texture noodles, with bean sprouts, green onion, pork, and hard boiled egg with level 5 spice. It was AMAZING⭐. I will definitely be returning in the very...
Read moreThis is the first ramen shop I tried in Okinawa way back 2 years ago and I didn't really like how it tastes like. And then I went back here this year to give it a try again and I didn't regret it.
I really liked the thick soup and its noodle this time. I would like to go back and have some more before leaving the island. I'm glad that I give this a second try as it appears the first Ramen I ordered 2 years ago is not the ramen flavor for me.
Parking: there's a spacious area in front of the restaurant
Service: very accommodating and helpful staff that...
