Not a big fan. While their selection is minimally better (but not nearly as large) than Hamazushi across the street, there are some other factors that just didn't work for me. For one, the ordering tablet is positioned pretty high up so you have to tilt your head and reach to order anything. They don't have to-go containers and they don't accept credit cards... strange for a restaurant with a seemingly large customer base. The game you can play with the sushi plates is highly overrated by the other reviewers - literally all it is is you slide 5 plates into a slot at your table and you get a ¥100 gacha toy from a dispenser on the median above (if you win the animated slots, anyway). The only good thing about this place is their order delivery system. Instead of one conveyer, they have two - a slow take-what-you-like belt and a high speed order belt, meaning anything you specially order from the tablet gets delivered straight to your table with no risk of anyone accidentally (or purposely) taking it for themselves. To me, this definitely doesn't make up for no to-go and no cards, but your mileage may vary. For those confused by the bubble containers: just grab the plate and pull it forward, there are no buttons or switches on the...
Read moreKura is not the place to go if you want a quiet, chill dinner, in all the best ways. There is a lot of energy in the building - a lively and fun atmosphere. Everything we’ve had is very fresh and tasted great. The best part is being able to grab anything that catches your eye on the way by while also being able to order anything you want. Everyone gets what they want and leaves happy! Ramen, fries and other sides, nigiri you want but hasn’t come around on the conveyor, dessert, so many options. Get the crepe cake if they have it. Great sauces options on the table and definitely make some matcha if you’re a fan. When you enter just have Google translate ready for the robot that greets you, but it’s super easy. English is available on the tablets at the table for ordering and paying at the kiosk before leaving. We usually end up spending just over ¥2000 for two of us and walk out super full. For being a chain restaurant this place is great and easily one of our favs and a fun place for lunch or dinner out...

The place ambiance were nice and just calming in the eyes. They follow protocols and you are protected from the other side of the chair. This is one of the go around sushi place in Okinawa. It's my first time here and the menu were quite really nice but not having large selections.
They have varieties of sushi, rice bowl, desserts and drinks. After I ate like 8 plates I felt uneasiness in my stomach like the urge to vomit. I'm kind of sensitive with food so I thought it was only me. Then the person I am with had a back to back calling from the toilet an hour after we went here.
The salmon or the seafood sushi got a weird taste, so we stop ordering it and stick with the meat ones and chicken nuggets and onion rings.
They also have mini games that when you put five plates you can play a game and we won a printed tape.
The service and staff were at finest! You can tell they are so busy but they were all smiling and nice to you. Very accommodating and attentive...
