The 3 different sauces will give another layer of flavor. The best way to eat beef is to heat the beef on the portable fire stove, make it warm. The heat intensified the flavor of the beef. Scrambled the onsen style egg in the rice with sweet soya sauce............ very good. Free refill for miso soup, cabbage, and rice. I am surprised that cabbage salad in Wasabi soya sauce is so yummy (or I am really hungry). 🤣 . One thing foreign visitors need to bear with is that their English skill is limited. But they are very polite and eager to serve.
