Born and raised in San Diego, so I had pretty high expectations before coming here, but I have to say the tacos are pretty good. The Al Pastor was amazing and tasted great, the texture was on point, and it didn’t take too long to come out either. The jalapeño poppers were also very good. Not only was the food great, but the owner was too. Despite the language barrier and his very small understanding of English, I was able to converse and learned a few things (such as how he lived in Mexico City for about a year). 先日、友人と2人で幕張のメキシカンレストランに行ってきました。お店は落ち着いた雰囲気で、木の温もりが感じられるインテリアが印象的。まるでメキシコの伝統的な雰囲気の中で食事をしているような心地よさで、リラックスしながら食事を楽しめました。

まず、ドリンクとして注文したのは「マエストロ？」のテキーラ。豊かな香りと深みのある味わいが素晴らしく、さっぱりとした口当たりで、軽く飲むだけでテキーラの魅力を存分に感じられました。まさにテキーラ好きにはたまらない一杯です。

続いて、メインのタコスを注文。私たちは「ステーキタコス」を選びました。ジューシーなステーキ肉がたっぷりと詰まったタコスは、トルティーヤがフレッシュで、肉の旨味がしっかり感じられました。スパイスが効いたソースとの相性も抜群で、ピリっとした辛さがクセになり、次々と食べたくなります。

さらに、サラダも注文。新鮮な野菜とさっぱりしたドレッシングがたっぷりかかっており、ヘルシーでありながら満足感もありました。タコスとのバランスが絶妙で、サラダも美味しくいただけました。

お店の雰囲気はとても落ち着いており、ゆっくりと食事を楽しむことができました。スタッフの対応も親切で、気配りが感じられ、居心地の良い時間を過ごすことができました。
