Friendly staff who tried their best to serve me in English. Small seating space with a total of 6 seats but makes the atmosphere all the more cozy. Reasonably priced pour over coffee and I find it exceptionally helpful that they let you smell the beans and sample the brews. Had a lovely stopover in this cafe amidst the bitingly cold...

秩父出身の国際コーヒー鑑定士の資格を持った方が淹れてくださる。 豆もブレンドが5種類、ストレートが3種類あり販売している。 旅のお土産に3種類のブレンド豆を購入。 オープンしたばかりとのことですが内装やロゴもオシャレで人気が出そうです The coffee is brewed by a certified international coffee appraiser from Chichibu. They sell five types of blended beans and three types of straight beans. I bought three types of blended beans as souvenirs for my trip. フレーバーに明るいコーヒー屋さんです。しかし公式に「コーヒー屋さんではありません。」としている。詳細はスタッフに聞いてみてください。 店先にツバメの巣。巣立つ直前の若鳥が2羽。親鳥は餌探しに奔走している。おそらく次回訪問時には旅立っていることでしょう。

・MINANO どのブレンドも秩父の地域のネーミングがユニーク。皆野は浅煎りに深煎りを混ぜたミックスとのこと。 確かに豆の色はミックス。 蒸らしよく膨らむ。 甘い香り。 最初の印象は蜜いっぱいのリンゴ。酸味控えめ。甘みが強烈。微かにとろみのあるコク。クリアな部類。やわらかい。説明にある柑橘は微かにスモーキーな余韻のことを言っているのだろう。全体の印象は明らかに深煎りが勝ってる。少し冷めてくると、なるほどミックスらしく深煎りと浅煎りのフレーバーが同時に存在してるのがはっきりわかる。その感触がすごく不思議で奇妙で...
