雪が降って寒くて寒くて、外にあるノボリに惹かれて行ってきました‼️ やっぱ寒い日は鍋ですよね(o^^o)

西武秩父線・西武秩父駅徒歩2分にある夢庵(°▽°) 国道140号沿いで、セブンイレブンと同じ敷地内にあります☆

もう本日は、ちゃんこ霧島直伝 霧島ちゃんこ鍋(¥1,429)一択で注文✨ 注文してから10分くらいで、店員さん運ばれてきました(・∀・)

カセットコンロの上にちゃんこ鍋が乗っていて、自席でセルフで作るスタイルでした(о´∀`о) カセットコンロの火は、店員さんが点火してくれます(ﾟ∀ﾟ)

ちゃんこ鍋の中身は、 蟹・ホタテ・肉団子・鶏肉・しめじ・三つ葉・もやし・白菜・ネギ・白滝・油あげ が入っています(ﾟ▽ﾟ)

グツグツと強火で煮ていきます)^o^( 別添えのすりごまをたっぷりかけるのがおすすめ！とメニューに書いてあったので、沸騰したらすりごまを全投入（＾∇＾） そこから少し火を通して、いざ実食‼️

完全にちゃんこ鍋だし、野菜もたくさん摂れていい感じです✨ 〆の雑炊かうどんも選べるのですが、食べ過ぎ恐れて注文しませんでした(・∀・) その作戦が功を奏し、鍋だけでもお腹いっぱいになりますね‼️ 取り皿4杯分の量がありました☆

First time eating beef sukiyaki and this place didn't disappoint. The combination of sliced beef and raw egg is something to try, especially for those haven't tried raw egg yet.

The tempura was airy and the prawn was very soft. The mushrooms could do some more flavor, though.

The brown sugar matcha mousse was the next best part. The sweet brown sugar sauce complements the plain vanilla ice cream and the kinda bitter...
