西武秩父線の西武秩父を降りて、お昼ご飯悩んでおりました。 悩んだ結果、たまには祭りの湯の下で食べてみようと思い、祭りの湯の1階にあるわらじかつ丼のお店【秩父わらじかつ亭】のわらじかつ丼をこの日は選択(°▽°)

まずは券売機で食券を買います✨ この券売機で色んな店の食券が買えるので、食券買うフードコートみたいな感じですね(=´∀｀) 食券は、秩父名物 味噌わらじかつ丼 味噌わらじかつ2枚(¥1,230)を注文‼️ 食券にはしっかり番号が書いてあります。

券売機の裏に給水機があるので、席に着く前に一緒に持って行ってしまいます。 なんせ、好きな席に座れますからね☆ 座席メチャクチャたくさんありますよ(o^^o)

水飲んでいると自分の番号が呼ばれたので、【秩父わらじかつ亭】に取りに行きます(⁰▿⁰) 取りに行くと、どんぶりからわらじかつがはみ出しとる… 食べられるかメチャクチャ不安にかられました。笑

味噌わらじかつは、名古屋の味噌かつみたいな味でしたね！ ただ、2枚は多かったです(^◇^;) 1枚目食べ終わった時に絶望感を感じましたもん。笑 味噌汁を箸休めに飲んだんですが、味噌汁も味濃いめだったので、箸休めは水でした(^_^;) なんとか食べ切りましたが、次からは1枚のにします。 なんせ大食いじゃないですからねΣ（・□・；）

食べ終わってから下膳する所にお盆下げて、使い終わった箸や紙コップをゴミ箱に入れたら食事終了です(o^^o)

祭りの湯の秩父わらじかつ亭、満足で美味しかったです‼️ ご馳走さまでした(´꒳`)

After getting off the Seibu Chichibu station on the Seibu Chichibu Line, I was thinking about what to eat for lunch. After thinking about it, I decided to try eating it under the Matsuri-no-Yu once in a while, and on this day I chose the Waraji-Katsudon from Chichibu Waraji-Katsutei, which is located on the first floor of the Matsuri-no-Yu (°▽° )

First, buy a meal ticket from the ticket vending machine ✨ You can buy food tickets from various stores with this ticket vending machine, so it's like a food court where you buy food tickets (=´∀｀) For the meal ticket, I ordered 2 Miso Waraji Katsudon (¥1,230), a Chichibu specialty! ️ The meal ticket has a number clearly written on it.

There is a water dispenser behind the ticket vending machine, so take it with you before you take your seat. After all, you can sit wherever you like☆ There are a lot of seats (o^^o)

While I was drinking water, my number was called, so I went to [Chichibu Warajikatsu-tei] to pick it up (⁰▿⁰) When I went to pick it up, the Warajikatsu sticks out from the bowl... I was extremely worried about whether I would be able to eat it. lol

The miso waraji katsu tasted just like Nagoya's miso katsu! However, there were two too many (^◇^;) When I finished eating the first piece, I felt a sense of despair. lol I drank miso soup to rest my chopsticks, but the miso soup also had a strong taste, so I had water to rest my chopsticks (^_^;) I managed to eat all of it, but next time I'll just eat just one piece. I'm not a big eater after all Σ(・□・;)

After you finish eating, put the tray in the place where you will prepare the food, put the used chopsticks and paper cups in the trash, and the meal is over (o^^o)

西武秩父駅に隣接する商業施設内のフードコート『呑喰処 祭の宴』内のレストランの一つで、秩父名物『わらじカツ丼』が給仕されるレストランです。フードコート入口に設置されている券売機であらかじめ食券を購入します。食券に記されている番号のフードコート内で放送、もしくはフードコートに設置されているモニター上の表示が、注文した料理が出来上がったことを示します。専用のカウンターで料理を受け取り、食後は食器を専用の返却カウンターに返却します。 給仕される『わらじカツ丼』は、盛り付けも味付けも典型的且つ素朴で、このレストランならではの特徴はありません。むしろ独特な見た目や味付けではないからこそ、あれこれ考えず気軽に秩父名物を堪能できる、と解釈することが出来ると思います。 幸いにも空いている日に利用したからか、注文から給仕までそれ程時間も要さず、カツの衣のサクサクした食感、秘伝のタレの絶妙な味わいを充分に堪能することが出来ました。フードコート内で人気のレストランの一つであるため、特に休日の混雑した時間帯の場合、給仕までに時間を要するかもしれません。

This restaurant, located inside the food court "Nomi Kui Dokoro Matsuri no Utage" adjacent to Seibu Chichibu Station, serves Chichibu’s famous "Waraji Katsudon". To order, first purchase a meal ticket from the vending machines at the food court entrance. When your dish is ready, your ticket number will be announced over the speakers or displayed on monitors within the food court. Pick up your meal from the designated counter and return your dishes to the collection area after eating. The Waraji Katsudon served here features a simple and traditional presentation and flavor, without any unique twists. However, this makes it a great, no-fuss way to enjoy Chichibu’s signature dish without overthinking. Fortunately, I visited on a less crowded day, so my meal was served quickly. The crispy cutlet coating and the perfectly balanced secret sauce made for an enjoyable meal. Since this is one of the more popular restaurants in the food court, expect longer wait times, especially during peak hours...
