I have to admit, I do have a bias with them sweet potatoes here but daaaamn that Sweet Potato Mont Blanc (イモんブラン) was immaculate 👼😇- it really felt like angels suddenly sang as I took my first bite. The natural sweetness coming from a freshly squeezed sweet potato, the creaminess underneath coming from a bit of ice cream, the crunchiness of the sweet potato chips - they all served this PERFECTLY BALANCED taste and texture that I will never, ever, forget. I’ve had tons of desserts here and what made this stand out was definitely the natural sweetness, it didn’t taste like it was fake or artificial - if that makes sense???? Whatever. It was THAT good. My friend and I got there close to 3pm and there was a tiny line to order (maybe three people ahead of us) but the seats were almost all full. The desserts were a little more expensive than we expected but still really good.

I got the honey soft serve in the potato flavor and it was really good. Having it with the potatoes at the bottom was also phenomenal. Only downside is I can't have too much of things that are too sweet, and by the end it was all honey in my cup. So I would recommend asking to see if you can reduce the amount of honey added if you also don't like your dessert too sweet.
