The Manager who helped with seating us was incredible rude.
We were a party of 8, so we naturally asked if there are private rooms available, so we asked a lady waiter and she said we might have to wait for 5-10 minutes, so we agreed.
Later, another male waiter (Mr. Hashimoto æ©æ¬ïŒ came to us and spoke to us in Japanese. None of us really understood Japanese, so we all froze and did not know how to respond. Then Mr Hashimoto snickered at us loudly and left to retrieve his phone for a translation app.
We understand it is frustrating to have to deal with foreigners who speak little to no Japanese, but his body language, usage of words and especially the loud TCH sound was incredibly offensive.
The food was good, the OTHER waitstaff did amazing, only he treated us with blatant contempt and disgust. When he talked with us even when we pressed the service bell, he had his hands on his hips and made little attempt to communicate with us amicably.
Our party of eight also work in the service industry and we ALL face the challenge of language barriers every single day, it's not like we don't empathise, but we would never be so bold as to go TCH multiple times in front...

chain store Attractive kids space, large parking lot, and private rooms
A wide range of payment methods are supported, from various credit cards to electronic money.
It is highly versatile as you can use Hot Pepper sites and coupons listed on flyers.
The price range seems cheap, but even though I was taken to a private room and only had soft drinks. Negative point is that 9 edamame beans (440 yen) and seat fee (100 yen) are recorded for the number of people without explanation.
Please note that if you order a 500 yen dish and a 380 yen drink, the price will already exceed 1500 yen including tax. Ask for clarification when entering the store. If you don't like it, we recommend that you ask for an explanation of the appetizer and seat fees, or don't use it.
Takeout is 20% off, so it's a good deal Takeout rice tends to be hard, so we recommend reheating it in the microwave before eating.
It seems that children up to 3rd grade can play in the kids space.
Added on 2023.9.30 Edamame comes with free refills and is highly rated for its high value as an appetizer.
Grilled 3 types of shellfish for 1410 yen is a great value (See photo) (3 oysters, 3 scallops, 2 whelks) I don't know why there are only two whelks.
It's a wonder that food tastes better when the people you're eating it with look delicious.
I like the all-you-can-drink option as there is no restriction on the same course as only soft drinks are provided to the handle keeper.
Free service up to 3km is also highly rated.
Yakitori...
Read moreNot a typical Japanese Izakaya. More like traditional restaurant with izakaya concept. However, the menu is too wide variety, and very little choices for each food category. Price range is a little expensive for the food.
And the only problem that i have here; they allow their customers to smoke inside the restaurant, even though they have private room for each seating table, but the ventilation was not so good, so it tend to get too smoky inside.
However, their all-you-can-drink menu is amazing. Alot of variety...
