富山ブラックラーメン 麺家いろは 海老名ビナウォーク店 — Restaurant in Ebina

We had dinner with friends here. My wife had the Spicy Black Tonkotsu Ramen, while I had the Toyama Black Soy Sauce Ramen. My ramen tasted good, I finished everything including the soup.

The way to order is to insert money into the machine located after the entrance, make your selection, a ticket will be printed, which can be passed to the staff and they will prepare your ramen.

It's a small shop, some bar seatings and a few tables. Felt a bit warm for me but then I am more sensitive to heat. Maybe it's OK for other normal people.

This is just one of several ramen shops along the same street. We were happy with our choice....

The egg was perfect with it warm and the yolk soft. The pork was great, and the noodles were very good. The black sauce was different but good. I liked the sauce with the noodles, but when the noodles were gone, I didn't finish the black sauce. I enjoyed the...

海老名駅前のビナウォークにあるら～めん処の1店舗。平日昼前の訪問で先客は6名でした。ファミリー客も多いようで、席はテーブル席もあります。

富山ブラックはカップラーメンでしか食べた事がなかった為、期待しながら入店。注文は券売機での食券制です。券売機に写真が貼ってあるのは良いのですが、ガチャガチャしていて見にくかったです。

結局、ブラックらーめん（850円）に平日限定価格の豚マヨ丼（150円）を注文。麺大盛り無料との事でついついお願いしてしまいました。

待望のブラックらーめんは噂に違わず本当に真っ黒なスープ。ただ、一口啜ると、「あれ？」という印象。イメージでは醤油の塩気がガツンと来て、白飯と一緒に食べて丁度良い位のスープだったのですが、こちらのスープは結構な甘みを感じました。魚介の風味もあり、かなりマイルドなタイプです。本店は本場富山にあるようですが、そちらでも同じなのでしょうか…。

麺は中太のやや縮れたタイプで、モチモチ食感でした。スープとの絡みと相性はまずまずだと思います。

トッピングはチャーシュー、海苔、極太メンマ、ねぎ。チャーシューはボソボソでイマイチでした。ねぎがデフォルトでたくさん入っていたのは良かったです。ねぎ嫌いな方は注意が必要です。

一緒に頼んだミニ丼は平日限定で150円との事ですが、150円なら安いと思います。単品は400円らしいのですが、量も中身も同じなら高いと感じます。
