Experience was awful. Especially in service. On the front of the restaurant they advertised lunch menu. But we couldn't find it on the iPad menu. Asked the employee and found out they didn't have one? Then tried to order from a set menu. Ended up getting told that a 3900 yen set menu was not available for one person. Minimum of 2 people had to order it. Which would lead you think you're ordering 2 people worth of food. No. It means 2 people have to order a separate 3900 for the food. What a ridiculous business model. They also don't sell any sets for one person. Also the meat they sell which is their main selling point doesn't list grams. So how much meat you're getting? Only the restaurant would know. The app interface is terrible, so we just assumed the weight was difficult to find. Nope, doesn't exist. Also was not offered water, you have to order it yourself through the app. In my personal opinion, water should definitely be offered right when you sit down, especially if youre eating at a pricier restaurant that serves specficially meat. The water button on the app should either be right on the front menu of the app or only used as a refill function. No napkins either, you can use the wet towel. The food itself is good quality, atmosphere is great. Unfortunately ruined by an awful app to order from and an...
Read moreThis restaurant had the best meats we've had in our entire trip. And I truly mean the BEST.
The set we ordered seemed like it might be slightly expensive but all of us enjoyed the meal so the price tag of 55,000¥ was definitely worth it.
Starting off with the appetizers which didn't seem like anything - we were stunned as it was simply amazing (personally enjoyed the pickled cucumbers the most) which got our expectations up for what's next.
Wasn't the biggest fan for the fanfare and gimmicky sparkles but the meats on that plate just wowed me after we placed them on the grill. The fragrance of yakiniku just hits you immediately and it does not disappoint during the bite.
Or should I say it was melt in your mouth instead. The meats were definitely fatty but in a good way (which should show in the marbling) and it just kept me going for more rice to pair it with.
The meal was delicious and definitely memorable for all of us - with some wanting to make a pitstop before heading back to Tokyo. Just a small suggestion to add more vegetables in the set to pair with the rich meats.
Sending thanks and appreciation to the friendliness and accomodating staff on 9th April, and for trying her very best to go through each part of the beef in English.
A should-visit during your trip after viewing the...

We ordered the A5 Wagyu platter, and it was nothing short of phenomenal. The marbling, tenderness, and flavor of the beef were next level—each cut practically melted in our mouths. Standout dishes included the Wagyu Yukke, Grilled Shabu Wagyu, and Premium Tongue with Salt. Even the side dishes, like the stone pot bibimbap and house kimchi, were rich in flavor and perfectly seasoned.
Service was top-notch—friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. The staff made great recommendations and timed everything just right so we could enjoy each course without feeling rushed.
The restaurant offers a mix of table seating, tatami-style seating, and counter spots, making it perfect for families, couples, or small groups. And for travelers—they have free Wi-Fi and power outlets, which is always a bonus.
Whether you’re coming from a fun day at Fuji-Q or just passing through the Fuji area, this place is 100% worth the stop. Delicious, high-quality wagyu at fair prices with excellent service—what more could...
