非常扯的住宿體驗，房間可以說幾乎沒有打掃。洗手台有用過的毛巾跟牙刷杯子，浴室的水根本沒乾。

交誼廳的垃圾桶垃圾幾乎是滿的，洗手槽還有用過的茶包。房間枕頭下面有浴巾，還不知道是不是有人用過的。

再加上聯絡人住宿的前三天完全找不到人。（ 本來是說三天前就要給入住密碼 ），我們跟他們反應房間沒有打掃的狀況時也幾乎找不到人。

總之三個字：雷！雷！雷！沒有遇過這麼不積極處理消費者狀況的經營者。也從沒遇過房間幾乎沒打掃的狀況，還敢收我們台幣8000塊

最後再送他們兩個字：「噁心」

An absolutely terrible accommodation experience. The room was almost completely uncleaned. There were used towels and toothbrush cups left on the sink, and the bathroom floor was still wet.

In the common area, the trash bin was almost full, and there were even used tea bags left in the sink. Under the pillow in the room, there was a bath towel — not sure if it had already been used by someone else.

On top of that, we couldn’t reach the host for the three days before check-in (even though they said they would send us the access code three days in advance). When we tried to report that the room hadn’t been cleaned, it was nearly impossible to get in touch as well.

In short: “Awful! Awful! Awful!” I’ve never encountered a host so unresponsive and careless toward guests. Charging us NT$8,000 for a room that was barely cleaned is just unbelievable.

We had a comfortable and enjoyable stay here—perfect for traveling with family. The layout is ideal, with two bedrooms downstairs and a living room plus a tatami room upstairs. A coin laundry and 7-11 is just a short walk away (less than 2 minutes). While the house is next to a train line, it’s not a busy one, so noise wasn’t an issue. 本当に最悪の体験でした。宿泊施設で清掃が全くされていないのは初めてです。前の宿泊客が残したゴミがそのまま放置され、部屋は散らかり放題、バスルームには使用済みの歯ブラシや歯磨き粉まで残っていました。ゴミが片付けられていないため、部屋全体にひどい悪臭が漂っていました。さらに、何度連絡しても経営者と全く繋がらず、本当に日本でこんなことが起こるとは思ってもいませんでした。高額な料金を支払ったのに、こんな環境で仕方なく一晩だけ眠り、翌朝早くに退室せざるを得ませんでした。その後も一切の返答がなく、Agodaも責任を押し付けるだけでした。富士山旅行全体が台無しになりました。

非常非常糟糕的體驗，第一次住宿遇到完全不整理的，前面房客留下來的垃圾、凌亂的房間、浴室都是用過的牙刷牙膏，因為垃圾沒倒瀰漫著一股臭味，而且一直聯繫不到經營者，真的沒想到在日本會遇到這種事，花了這麼多錢卻是這種環境，只能勉強入睡隔天早早離開，事後依舊是得不到任何回應，Agoda本身也推卸責任，毀了整個富士山的行程。

A completely terrible experience. This was the first time I encountered accommodation where the room was not cleaned at all. Trash from the previous guest was left behind, the entire room was messy, and the bathroom still had used toothbrushes and toothpaste. Because the garbage wasn’t taken out, the whole place reeked of a foul smell. On top of that, I couldn’t reach the host despite repeated attempts. I never expected to experience something like this in Japan. I paid so much money only to stay in such an environment, barely managed to sleep, and had to leave early the next morning.
