It's a small mom and pop shop that offers quality soba. It has a nice local feel to it. The grumpy chef and the hard working younger staff member. I had their recommended 3 part soba for 1500 yen. The soba was good. The soba's portion was small, but I filled up by drinking all 3 soups. If you are hungry, please do order a side dish.

ランチで訪問 場所は藤沢駅を南口側に出て ドンキホーテがある道を新川名橋方面へ 歩いていく途中にあります。 この日は藤沢駅周辺でさっぱりとした 食事をしたくてお店を探してたところ、 信州産の素材にこだわっていて 評判の良い蕎麦屋があったので 気になって伺ってみた。 食べたのは、 三つ巴せいろそば 1485円 追加せいろ 550円 こちらがお店のおすすめメニューらしく 胡桃だれ、鬼おろし、信州とろろの 3種類のつけつゆが楽しめるって ところに惹かれて注文してみた。 まず鬼おろしツユで食べてみると 大根おろしのシャキシャキ感が 爽やかな感覚になって良い感じ。 とろろツユは粘度がしっかりあって コクがプラスされる感じも良い。 最後に胡桃だれ。 コレが旨い！！！！！ 胡桃のコクとツユの塩気のバランスが絶妙！ 無限に食べれる味わい。 コレは気に入った！！！ 全体的に蕎麦自体の美味しさ って意味ではよく分からないけど、 いろんなパターンで食べれるのは良かったし ツユの味付けが好きな感じだったから 蕎麦だけじゃ無くて一品料理とかも 美味しいお店なのかもしれない。 まぁそんな感じで、 ちょっと値段は高めな蕎麦屋だけど、 長野県産の素材にもこだわってそうだし 少量でサクッと美味しい蕎麦とアテが 食べれるお店を探してる人には良いお店かな

They don’t have an English menu, but the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. They assisted us in choosing our dishes and later explained how to enjoy them like a local. The suba set they recommended was delicious and a perfect refreshment for the summer! I highly recommend everyone to...
