So I'll start off saying that service was fine (it is a buffet so not much service is needed) but I didn't feel it was particularly great, either. Atmosphere was again - typical for a resort buffet, although I feel like they tried to make it feel fancier than it was. I will say that I know the view would have been better if it wasn't for the typhoon rolling through during our visit. Our issue came with the pricing for the quality of the food. From the other reviews and the pricing combined I was honestly expecting a pretty solid buffet and what we got was probably some of the poorest quality food we've had in our 2 week trip to Japan while spending as much as our other higher priced meals. We don't have an issue with spending money if the quality of the food is there, but after trying maybe half the dishes through our family of four we realized pretty quickly that most everything seemed to be reheated, dry, and tasteless. Prepare to spend nearly $70USD for a buffet worth $15 and you'll have better expectations. We should have driven into the typhoon and picked almost any other...

There was a variety of Japanese and Western food. It included hot and cold food, manned stations, drink stations, and a dessert table. Some of the desserts (pudding, jelly) were good, and other items disappointing (omurice, pizza). Most of the food was just average though for a high price. We wished there were more Japanese options closer to the resort in case of bad weather. We did not try the breakfast. I don't usually eat at hotel restaurants, and would recommend going...

The buffet variety was decent with both Western and Japanese cuisines available. Some Chinese dishes like dim sum were available as well. I really liked some of their Japanese dishes such as the beef tendon stew and twice cooked pork while the Western dishes included crispy bacon and a la minute omelettes with an optional topping of spicy cod roe mayonnaise that you can help yourself to.
Thoroughly enjoyed both the view...
