For folks looking for a relaxing spot after climbing/trekking Mt. Fuji this is the place. Yes it might get a little crowded due to a lot of patrons waiting but it’s worth it. Not sure the exact cost as this was included in our tour price thru Jam-Jam Liner. Please ensure to remove your shoes then place them in the cubby to the left upon entry. You will then provide these key to the receptionist who will in turn provide you a locker key to place your clothing/bag. Please don’t lose as it cost ¥3000! Once you enter the separated gender area as mentioned initial if you’re not comfortable w/being naked around friends/strangers please save yourself the hassle. There are signs which state no smoking and no tattoos—read up if you don’t know why. This policy is also for foreigners. I did see some people wear covers on their tattoos so that’s an option if you have one. They’re towel rentals if you’ve forgotten yours. They sell items to bath with and face mask for self-care. The showers have shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Theres a sauna and different hot springs you can dip in to help those aching body parts feel relaxed. Read moreThis onsen was great. Good facilities, welcoming staff members. If you go early in the morning (before 8:30) the entrance cost 550 yen and it will be very quiet. The bath area it's very spacious and clean, as well all the pools indoor and outdoor. The sauna was great also. I highly recommend this onsen. We had a great experience.
