Fui especialmente por causa do unagi don, e superou as expectativas. Já experimentei unagi do bento do mercado, do sukiya, de outros restaurantes que não eram especializados. Mas não tem nada a ver, este o tempero é suave, quase nada adocicado, o soso é bem discreto, o gosto do peixe fresco ...humm... O arroz temperado com a calda do unagi ficou delicioso. 先輩知人の取り計らいで、夕食で珍しいお店を案内してもらえた(福井県)。 ナマズの刺身・フライ、うなぎの姿焼き、ドジョウの唐揚げに鮎の塩焼き。

鮎の塩焼きを除き他は全て初めての食材。 特に興味津々な「ナマズの刺身」がびっくり👀する程美味しかった。見た目も綺麗で想像以上に赤身で歯応えもあり、うぅん～旨い👀旨いと何度も呟いた。

メニューも食べたことのない食材が豊富。 福井県に来たら必ず立ち寄りたいお店で、次なる珍しいお品をチャレンジしてみたいと思いました😆🎵🎵🐟️
