福岡店ではなく大阪店に誤って投稿したレビューを削除し、正しい店舗である福岡店に再度投稿します。
このような不快な経験から、再び訪れることはないでしょう。かなり不快な経験でした。おそらく接客した短髪の40代男性が店長だと思われ、このレビューが大きな効果を持つとは思いません。
訪問して飲み物を2杯注文し、父を連れて席に着いた直後、短髪の男性が追いかけてきて翻訳アプリを使って話しかけてきました。外部の飲み物は持ち込めないと言われました。しかし、外部の飲み物を持ち込んだことはありません。店で注文したリンゴジュースとラテだったのに、同じ日本語を繰り返し話し続けました。いくら違うと言っても無駄で、日本語ができない外国人として説明することもできず、周囲の日本人たちの表情が気まずくなり、その場を離れました。
自分で作って私に渡したのに、外部の飲み物かどうか尋ねるなんて、もしかして脳の問題でしょうか?
口では「すみません」「sorry」と丁寧なふりをして繰り返していましたが、明らかに不快な意図があったと思います。
謝罪を求めるつもりはなく、このような態度を他の外国人も参考にしてほしいと思いレビューを書きました。
ららぽーとのこの店の接客は福岡旅行を非常に不快なものにしました。自分の行動が日本という国を代表することがあるという点をぜひ自覚してほしいと思います。

It was a very unpleasant experience. I assume the short-haired man in his 40s who served us was the manager, so I don’t expect this review to have much effect.
We visited the store and ordered two drinks. As soon as I sat down with my father, the short-haired man followed us and spoke through a translation app, saying that outside drinks were not allowed. However, we did not bring any outside drinks. They were apple juice and a latte that we had ordered from the store. Despite explaining, he kept repeating the same thing in Japanese. It was useless to say otherwise, and as a foreigner who doesn’t speak Japanese, I couldn’t properly explain. The uncomfortable looks from the surrounding Japanese people made me leave.
(he made it himself and gave it to me, yet he are asking if it’s an outside drink—could it possibly be a brain issue?)
Although he kept saying “sorry” and pretending to be polite, I clearly felt he had an unpleasant intention.
I don’t expect an apology, but I’m writing this review so that other foreigners can be aware of such behavior.
The service at this store in LaLaport made my trip to Fukuoka extremely unpleasant. I hope he realizes that his behavior can represent the image of Japan as a country.
상당히 불쾌한 경험. 아마도 접객한 짧은머리의 40대남성이 사장인듯 보여 이 리뷰가 큰 효과는 없을듯. 방문하여 음료 두잔을 주문. 아버지를 모시고 자리에 앉자마자 짧은머리의 남성이 쫒아나와 번역기로 이야기. 외부음료는 가지고 들어올수 없다고 함. 외부음료 가져온적 없음. 가게에서 주문한 사과주스와 라떼인데도 끝없이 같은 일본어로 이야기, 아니라고 해봤자 소용이없고 일본어를 못하는 외국인으로써 설명도 하지 못하는데 계속해서 주변 일본인들의 표정이 보기 민망하여 나옴. 말로는 미안하다 sorry 를 정중한척 반복하지만 분명 불쾌한 의도를 가지고 있었다고 생각함. 사과 받고 싶은 생각도 없고, 이러한 태도를 다른 외국인들도 참고했으면 하여 리뷰 작성함. 라라포트의 이 매장의 접객은 후쿠오카 여행을 아주 불쾌하게 만듬. 본인의 행동이 일본이라는 나라를 대표할수 있다는...
