Aburi robata Yamao Nishijin — Restaurant in Fukuoka

Stopped in because we wanted yakitori. It’s not actually a yakitori shop exactly, but they do charcoal grilled skewers as well as sashimi, fried foods etc. Your all-around kind of Izakaya. The ingredients are fresh and there was a decent daily menu. Everything is in Japanese, but you can order via QR code with english translation if necessary. The staff were friendly, explaining dishes as they came out and the dishes came out fairly quickly. Our fried foods took a little longer, we had fried wringing mushrooms and fried wakame seaweed, but the shop had also become a bit busier…so keep that in mind. Overall we were very pleased with a place that we popped into on a whim! There are some vegetarian options, grilled veg, the fried mushrooms etc...

I’d been here once before and found the food and service to be excellent. This time did not disappoint, I came with a group (we called ahead to reserve) and thoroughly enjoyed the food. The only small complaint would be that the pork belly yakitori potato wedges were rather heavily salted. However, the menu had quite a few seasonal items and The goma saba, mackerel in a soy sauce and sesame sauce ,...

お盆前の祝日、4名で18時に予約し来店。 祝日だからか2時間のお席時間とのお願い。 先客は２組。

お通しが蛤の吸い物？的なもので驚きでしたがその説明もなく、お値段も不明で 普通に美味しかったから良かったけど 1年を通して同じみたいで この時期はいかがなもんかな。。 炉端焼きが推しのようですが 赤鶏は、固いのは多少納得ですが パサパサで旨味がなく量もめちゃくちゃ少ない。　同じく焼き鳥も見た目からパサパサで お料理全体的に言えるのがとても薄味。 炉端焼きも薄過ぎで塩が卓上にあると良いですね。　付属のコチジャンっぽいやつは甘く塩気も控えめ。 1本900円のネギタン塩は めっちゃくちゃ小さくてびっくりでしたが 柔らかく美味しかった、、が薄味でした。 刺盛りがお値段的には1280円で3切れずつ小さいものが5種類。 多分藁焼きのカツオも入ってたのは良かったんですがなんだか盛り付けがさみしい、、 のぺっとした印象で、高さがないし器も地味で華やかさが皆無。　特別美味しいものはなかったけどコスパはまあまあ良いかと。 冷凍ポテトがこの小さい器で490円だったかな？には驚きでした。生のじゃがいもから揚げてるとかインカのめざめ使ってるとか言うなら分かる価格。 値段設定がおかしい。 生ビールは590円。 美味しかったのは、明太子だし巻き、量的に、卵の2個分かな？ と言う小ささでしたが出汁の味自体控えめですが出汁多めでジューシーな卵焼きでした。 確か、やまやの明太子使用。

ズッキーニの明太子焼きも美味しかった！ 焼きラーメンは ラーメンのバリカタ並みに麺が固く 味は塩焼きそばっぽい感じ。 好みが分かれそう。

🧾1人あたり5000円でした。 席が埋まる事もなかったのに 2時間きっかりでお会計。 さらに『ありがとうございました』の一言さえ 誰1人言わなかったのには驚きました。

店の印象は写真と違います。 普通の居酒屋。 スタッフの元気＆笑顔なんかはない。 注文は遅い。 場所は駅上がってすぐなので立地は良いけどもういかない...
