The male staff today did not have a good day. He seemed stressed when I said "すみません" and didn't even look at me. He didn't see me, so I think it is not because I look like a foreigner. The female staff who looked confused about her co-workers behaviour was friendly and competent. The male worker started hitting the frosted ice on the sides of the freezer with a wooden mallet while I was waiting for my order. Even though the part he defrosted that way had no ice cream in it, shards of ice flew everywhere. Since I don't know what kind of day the male worker had until this point, he could have use a short break to cool off. Maybe have an ice cream 🍨 ;-)

カップで注文し食べ進めていると、恐らく髪の毛と思われるものが混入していました。写真では分かりにくいですが赤に近い薄い色(茶髪？)で、私は黒髪なので店員さんのかと思われます。 底に近いところに付着していたのでカップに盛る時に混入したかと…。疲れ気味に接客されていたので他のお客様の時には無いように日頃から気を付けてほしいです。

度々訪れていましたが、もう二度と行くことはありません。 夜の19時くらいに立ち寄りましたが、お客さんは並んでいないにも関わらず、片付けたり、店員同士で話したりで全く意味不明。 しばらくショーケース前に立って待っていましたが、目の前にいるのにガン無視。 すみませんと声掛けしても、目の前にいてもガン無視。 なんなんでしょうか。 何か優先してする作業があるにしても、少しお待ちくださいとか、ご注文お済みですか？とかなにかありませんか？明らかに聞こえてますよね？ お店としてと言うより、人としてどうかと思います。 それでも我慢してしばらく待ちましたが、今度は店員同士でペチャクチャ話し出して、笑ったりしだしたので、呆れて退散して他のお店でデザートを楽しみました。 閉店1時間前でおサボりモードだったのだろうねと一緒にいた人も苦笑いでした。 今までそんな店員さんに遭遇したことなかっ...
