Amazing Deep-Fried Horse Mackerel Experience!

As a foreigner, I stumbled upon this restaurant by chance and was blown away by their deep-fried horse mackerel set meal. The meal includes five perfectly fried fish (big piece!!) soup, and rice—everything you need for a satisfying dining experience.

The fish was incredibly delicious, tasty, sweet, and fresh. Watching them fry the fish right in front of you and then serving it boiling hot was a delightful experience. There were also some side sauces at the table that complemented the fish perfectly.

Overall, it was totally worth it. Fortunately, I didn't have to wait long, although I read some reviews mentioning that patrons might need to queue for over an hour to taste this delicacy. If you get the chance, definitely...

このあたりのブランド魚、黄金アジのフライ等をいただけるということで有名な店。有名すぎて数時間待ちの行列となります。 といってもずっと待っていなければならないわけではなく、店頭に置かれるノートに名前を記入し、自分の番が近くなった時に戻ってくればよいというシステムになっています。 ファーストロットに入ろうと思ったら、開店前から来て待っている必要があります。

・８時頃に店の外にノートが置かれますが、もっと早くから待ちがいる場合はそれより早く出されることもあるようです （自分は7:30頃に行ったらすでにノートがあり、５番目、人数でいうと10人目でした。店内は20席程度なので、これならファーストロットで入れます） ・開店は10時～となっていますが、客の多い土日などは9:30～に前倒しになるようです ・入店10分前くらいにオーダーを聞かれるので、メニューを見て決めておきましょう

アジフライは、三枚おろしにしたアジを1/2にカットしたサイズで揚げられています。単品やアジフライ定食で頼むと５個、アジフライ以外にも刺身などがつくセットや、半アジフライで注文すると３個ついてくるようです（アジの大きさなどにより多少の増減はあるかもしれません）。

そしてここのアジフライ、確かにおいしいですが、正直な所、このあたりは黄金アジを出している店は他にも多くあり（例えば『孤独のグルメ』に登場した『はまべ』なんかも近くにあります）、２時間３時間も待ってまで食べる価値があるか……と言われると、そこは首をかしげざるをえません。
