Very helpful staff, English menu available. They provided appetizer with a Swiss like fondue, very delicious. Food is special as well, not just ordinary food you’d see in Izakayas. Apart from a weird rule of compulsory drinks, everything is very nice. Recommend.

This place used to be great. Now staff is lethargic and service is lackluster. Overpriced and quality is weak. zero attention to detail. The staff running the grill is an amateur at best. Lamb overcooked, everything was slow despite 6+ staff and 1/4 of capacity.

静岡県御殿場市新橋1938－10 ＪＲ御殿場駅富士山口にあります。日曜日の17時9分にお伺いしました。先客はテーブル席に女子のグループなど若い人が多いです。テーブル席に案内されました。まずはいつも注文するこぼしワインの赤650円をお願いしました。受け皿にワイングラスを置き、そこに赤ワインをこぼれるまで注いでくれます。お通しはバーニャカウダでした。瑞々しい野菜を熱したチーズでいただきます。富士湧水ポーク肩ロースポークジンジャー1280円やわらかいお肉に生姜ベースのソースがかかっています。小皿御任せ3種1100円この日はクラッカーにレーズンバターが乗っているのと、トマトにバジルソースとチーズが合わさったのと、照り焼きアーモンドでした。どれもお酒がすすむいいおつまみです。鴨のロースト和風オレンジソース1280円オレンジソースがかかっていて、鴨の肉がとても美味しかったです。熱々！牛すじトロトロ煮込み980円デミグラスソースベースで煮込まれた柔らかい牛すじと卵黄を混ぜていただきました。牛すじ肉も少し大き目で美味しかったです。カツオ粉とトリュフサワークリームのフライドポテト490円ポテトはサクッとしていてサワークリームと塩気が美味しかったです。あたり目ビーフジャーキー550円スモークっぽい味のコリコリ食感のお肉がお酒に合います。店員さんも明るく優しいので楽しかったです。飲んだ後は温かいルイボスティーをいただけるので、お口の中をさっぱりさせて帰宅です。ごちそうさまでした。

Here with family for 2 days. Ate dinner here both nights!! It was WONDERFUL!!!!! The steak was GREAT. We tried different things both nights. The atmosphere was also GREAT. Everything about this restaurant is fabulous. As a foodie I couldn’t have asked for more. It has something for everyone And ALL the staff were great. I can’t fault this restaurant for anything. Wonderful job staff. We travel Japan every 2 years. My wife is Japanese. If we come this way again…..we will definitely...
